Our communities need more homes, but the cost of roads, water connections and essential infrastructure is holding back development and adding to the cost of building. The State Government must do more to unlock housing, while supporting the local workforce needed to build it.
In Parliament, I’ll fight for:
More investment in essential infrastructure. Push for State Government funding for roads, water and other infrastructure needed to unlock housing developments.
More local people building local homes. Support stronger pathways into trades, more apprenticeships and practical incentives to get more skilled workers into our region’s housing pipeline.
